Our property management team takes care of the buildings/apartments 24h a day, 365 days/year.
For our clients we provide:

In every building there are a number of communal facilities that we manage such as the lobby bar, sauna,ski storage rooms. A list of all additional services that we provide and a list of all communal facilities can be found in the section below.
PLAN B NET is our wireles network. In every building there is wireless access inside the apartments (paid service) and also free access with your own laptop inside the Lobby bars. Please contact our administrator Danny for more info on the payment plans and subscriptions.

Each building has its own lobby bar. During the working hours 8.00-20.00 (7 days a week) you can buy and orer drinks and snacks. We can deliver tea and coffee to your door in the morning or cocktials in the afternoon and evening hours. | |||
| Sauna and Jacuzzi | ||
Every building has a Sauna and Jacuzzi. Available from 8am till 11pm,they can be included in the price of the package or paid for separately. Please notify any member of our staff at least one hour in advance. | |||
| Ski Storage | ||
Ski and snowboarding equipment can be provided on request. Brand new Burton snowboards and Fisher skis are available for hire.Please speak to Tsvetelin if you would like to arrange the equipment or ski/snowboarding lessons.
We can also arrange snowmobiles for you if you would like to experience the ultimate feeling (available from December until May). | |||
