As from 1/1/2009 Frontside Ltd. will not be providing the short-term rental service for any of the apartments located in the residential buildings in Bansko. Only long term lettings will be offered as a service and it will be available only for the owners who have paid their 2007 and 2008 maintenance taxes on time. We would like to reassure everyone that in the meantime we'll continue to maintain and supervise the buildings as much as we can.

High Land-Bansko

  High Land Lodge is luxurious building containing 37 flats, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Lobby Bar and a number of other various communal facilities. The plot of land where High Land Lodge is located is just 250m away from the Gondola lift station in Bansko, which means that even during the winter you're only about 5 min. walk from the gondola. The building is also very cose to Pirin golf - under 10 min. drive from Pirin Golf.
High Lan Lodge was completed in Sptember 2007. We will be offering furniture packages for those who want to make it easy on themselves and a new total price including the kitchen, fireplace and all the furniture elements can be offered to any of our clients.
